The first one is called Bo Le, whose real name is Sun Yang. He was born in the spring and Autumn period. Because of his excellent research on horses, people forget his original name and call him Bo Le. Once,Bo Le was entrusted by the king of Chu to buy horses that could travel thousands of miles every day. Bo le couldn't find it. One day, he saw a horse pulling a salt cart on the road, struggling on the steep slope. Bo Le has been close to horses nearly. The horse seeing Bo le approaching, Ma suddenly raised his head to stare at his big eyes and hissed loudly. Bo Le immediately judged from the voice that it was a rare horse. Bo Le said to the owner of horse, "this horse can't be compared with any other horse in the field, but it's not as good as ordinary horse when it's used to pull a carriage. You'd better sell it to me. " The Owner thinks that Bo Le is a fool. He thinks that the horse is too ordinary. It has no strength to pull the carriage. It eats too much and is skinny. So he agrees without hesitation. Bo Le led the horse to the king's palace of Chu, patted the horse's neck and said, "I have found a good master for you." A thorough-bred horse, like knowing Bo Le's meaning, raised his front hoof and rattled the ground. Its neck was long and hissed. Its voice was loud, like the rock of a big clock, rising to the sky. The king of Chu ordered the groom to feed the horse with all his heart, and the horse became really strong. Later, A thorough-bred horse made a lot of contributions to the king of Chu when he galloped on the battlefield. After that, people use the metaphor of Bo Le judging horses to show that they are good at finding and cultivating talents.
