White Tea

White tea is a kind of light fermented tea. Its basic technological process is divided into withering, sun drying or oven drying. Mainly produced in Fujian Province. White tea often selects the varieties with more white hairs on the bud leaves, and the finished tea is covered with pekoe, which is pure and elegant, with light soup color and mellow taste. White tea is divided into bud tea and leaf tea due to different raw materials.

Baihao silver needle, also known as Baihao, is a famous tea in history. Its appearance buds are strong, plump and sharp. Its shape is straight like a needle, white as silver. Its color is silver gray and shining. The soup is apricot yellow in color, mellow and sweet in taste, fresh and fragrant. After opening the soup, the tip of the bud is upward, the tea bud is slowly falling, standing in the water, slowly sinking to the bottom of the cup, standing upright in rows, staggered up and down, looking like stalactite, quite spectacular. Its production process: needle peeling withering drying and oven drying.

White Tea

White peony is produced in Fuding, Fujian and other places. Its appearance is plump, with buds and leaves connecting branches, leaf edge curling, natural leaf state, gray green leaf color, like silver white heart, in the shape of "holding heart". The taste is clear, mellow and slightly sweet, fragrant, tender and long-lasting, the color of the soup is apricot yellow and bright, the bottom of the leaf is tender, even and complete, the vein of the leaf is slightly red, and it is distributed among the green leaves, so it is known as "wrapped in red". Its production process: indoor natural withering - Screening - drying - baking cage - Mechanical baking - heating withering - picking.
